The year is 1193. With King Richard fighting overseas, his nephew Prince William is reigning at Oxford Castle, but he is greedy for power and money and also seeks a wife.
The villagers of Cutton Soreknee are finding everyday life harder as they are forced to pay more taxes to the King. A band of Merry Folk vow to fight for people’s rights, but it’s when an unexpected visitor arrives on the scene that everyone’s lives really begin to change – an adventure unfolds the like of which the village has never seen!
Join us on a journey to forest, river and castle. Will the Abbey’s Great Gem remain safe? Will the magical creatures live up to their billing? Will Harry and Larry be capable of following instructions? Will Friar Tuck’s prayers be answered so that good triumphs over evil?
